Our client, a leading pharma company is looking to hire talented professionals.

Position: Legal Manager

Experience: 5-11 years

Location: #Mumbai and #Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including Leave & License, supply, manufacturing, NDA's etc.

- Possess a comprehensive understanding and working of general corporate, commercial, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations, including the Drugs & Cosmetic Act.

- Provide legal support and advice on marketing business agreements, IPR, and litigation matters.

Prior experience in the pharma and manufacturing industry is a prerequisite.
