Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage all legal matters related to litigation, including civil cases, in a proactive and efficient manner
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide advice on legal issues to the management team
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and communicate any potential impact on the company
- Manage external legal counsel and coordinate their activities as needed
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize legal risks
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters
