Purpose of the Job

To ensure 100% compliance of all legal requirements and to maintain proper records of all contracts.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

- Process Responsibilities

• Renewal of Licences / permits before expiry
• Filing of complaints with appropriate legal or regulatory authorities as and when required within the timelines expected by Management
• Follow up and closure of complaints with Cops / Legal authorities
• Generating all agreements allocated by the Chief Manager

- People Management Responsibilities

• Keep concerned team members informed of the developments of each task

- Financial Responsibilities
