We are seeking a highly skilled Legal, Law and Advocate with 3-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. They should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Negotiate settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients
• Attend meetings and conferences with clients and other legal professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and client interactions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputed university
• 3-8 years of experience as a Legal, Law and Advocate
• Excellent knowledge of Indian legal system and procedures
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
