Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal, Law and Advocate to join our team in India. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation to clients, prepare and review legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Represent clients in court proceedings
Prepare and review legal documents
Research and analyze legal issues
Negotiate on behalf of clients

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law
2-7 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and legal system
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Education

Bachelors of Law (B.L/L.L.B)
