Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and advocacy services to our clients, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to corporate law, employment law, intellectual property law, and contract law.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Research and analyze legal issues to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters and activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement legal strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings.
- Experience in conducting legal research and analysis.
