Description

We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian legal system and be able to provide sound legal advice to our clients. This is a permanent work from home position. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on various legal matters
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Research and analyze legal issues and provide recommendations
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 2-7 years of experience in Legal, Law and Advocacy
• Strong understanding of the Indian legal system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good research and analytical skills
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Experience in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court proceedings
• Familiarity with legal software and technology
