Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
• Advocate for clients in mediation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in legal, law and advocacy
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with legal research tools and software
