We are seeking a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The position is permanent and can be worked from home. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal research, drafting, and advocacy. They should be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and provide advice to clients
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings and advocacy efforts
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies and solutions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience in legal research, drafting, and advocacy
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in representing clients in court proceedings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
