Description
We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be done remotely from anywhere in India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal issues
- Research and analyze legal issues and develop legal strategies
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal pleadings
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
- Negotiate on behalf of clients and participate in dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-6 years of experience in legal, law and advocacy field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of Indian legal system and relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in representing clients in court and other legal proceedings
