Description

We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The position is permanent and can be worked from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and advocacy services to clients in India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as court hearings and arbitrations
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to resolve disputes
• Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals and law clerks

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on advocacy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Membership in a state bar association is preferred
