We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team as a permanent work from home employee. The ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical, research and communication skills along with a thorough understanding of Indian legal system. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and provide legal advice
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in legal proceedings such as court hearings and arbitrations
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on business deals and other legal matters
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the organization
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputed university
• 2-6 years of experience in legal practice with a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong understanding of Indian legal system and laws
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research databases
