Description
We are seeking a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a permanent work from home position based in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, and experience in providing legal advice and advocacy services to clients. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify relevant laws, regulations, and precedents
- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-6 years of experience in legal, law and advocacy services
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
- Proven track record of providing legal advice and advocacy services to clients
- Membership in the Bar Council of India
