Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team. This is a permanent work from home position with a focus on providing legal support and advocacy services to our clients across India. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of legal issues
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
- Representing clients in court proceedings and other legal disputes
- Conducting legal research and providing opinions on various legal issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide legal support and guidance
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters
- Participating in negotiations and mediations with clients and other stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university
- 2-6 years of experience in legal, law and advocacy role in India
- Strong knowledge of Indian legal system and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in representing clients in court proceedings and other legal disputes
