Description

We are seeking a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team. This is a work from home position with a focus on providing legal advice, research, and advocacy services to our clients. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze legal issues and provide advice to clients
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Appear in court on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Advocate for clients in legal proceedings
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of experience in legal, law, and advocacy work
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with legal research databases and other legal resources
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in Indian legal system and laws
