Description
We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team on a permanent work from home basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
- Conduct legal research on various legal issues and provide legal opinions
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums
- Participate in negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients
- Manage client relationships and provide high-quality legal services
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and advise clients accordingly
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-6 years of experience in Legal, Law and Advocacy in India
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
- Ability to work from home and manage time effectively
