Legal,Law and Advocacy (Permanent - Work from Home)

Description

We are seeking a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and be able to work from home. They will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients, as well as representing them in court when necessary. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to clients
• Represent clients in court when necessary
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
• Research and analyze legal issues
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
• Maintain client confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with legal databases and other research tools
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Admission to the Bar Council of India is preferred
