Description
We are seeking a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team as a full-time employee, working remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters, including but not limited to corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property law.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in legal compliance and risk management activities for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 2-6 years of experience in legal, law, and advocacy work in the Indian job market context.
- Strong knowledge of Indian legal system and various laws and regulations applicable to businesses.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and partners.
- Experience in representing clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct legal research and analysis.
- Understanding of legal compliance and risk management activities.
