We are seeking an experienced Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the Indian job market context and possess strong knowledge of legal concepts and practices. Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop legal strategies
- Manage caseload and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-5 years of experience in legal, law, and advocacy
- In-depth knowledge of Indian legal system and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
