Description

We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy Professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and representing clients in court. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on various legal matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and memorandums
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal cases
• Provide legal support to other departments within the organization

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of experience in a legal role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
