We are looking for a highly motivated Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The successful candidate will work remotely from home and be responsible for providing legal advice and advocacy services to our clients. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and providing legal advice to clients
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Representing clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
• Providing advocacy services to clients in various legal matters
• Maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring ethical standards are met

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience in legal, law and advocacy
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and legal system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of legal research methods and tools
• Familiarity with legal drafting and documentation
• Adherence to ethical standards and client confidentiality
