Description

We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This position is a permanent work from home role. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, and be able to provide legal advice and support on various matters. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Provide support to senior lawyers on complex legal matters
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indian laws and regulations that may impact the organization

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputed university
• 2-6 years of experience in a legal, law, or advocacy role
• Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice and support
• Experience in representing clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
