We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a permanent work from home position. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of experience in Legal, Law and Advocacy
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations
• Experience in drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Experience in representing clients in court proceedings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
