Description
We are currently seeking a Legal, Law and Advocacy professional to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will be work from home and requires 2-7 years of experience in the job market context of India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters such as contract law, labor law, intellectual property, and corporate law
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with third parties
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of legal matters
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role in the job market context of India
- Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of legal matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software
- Ability to work from home and manage time effectively
