Description

We are looking for a Legal, Law and Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in the Indian job market and be able to provide sound legal advice and support to our organization. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the organization
• Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, if required
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of experience in the Indian job market as a Legal, Law and Advisor
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in drafting legal documents
• Experience in managing legal risks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
