We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Advocate with 0-5 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for justice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings such as trials, hearings, and arbitrations
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for cases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files and activities
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law from a recognized institution
• 0-5 years of experience in a legal role
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in the use of legal databases and other research tools
