About the RoleHe/She reviews contract terms and conditions before signing and negotiating favourable terms with other parties on behalf of their employer. They also draft contractual provisions and amendments to contracts when appropriate.
Analyze and extract key pieces of legal and financial information from various legal documents like Sale and Service Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Lease and License Agreements, Requests for Proposal (RFP), Vendor Agreements, Statements of Work, Employment Contracts, Due Diligence Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.
Review of commercial contracts to extract relevant and crisp findings from scattered information across the contract to provide critical sales, risk & compliance, and revenue assurance data in a more user-friendly and accurate manner.
Work on various projects for various clients including software technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals to name a few. Have high work quality and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Work on special Contracts Management applications/platforms built by Signdesk to manage the legal and financial information of the Clients.
Hands-on experience in interpretation, modelling, reporting, and analysis of complex contract data and unstructured information. Qualifications
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
High Expertise in Microsoft (Office, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).
Excellent organisation, strong written/verbal communication, and writing styles with an eye for detail.
Students studying in their 4th or 5th year of integrated Law course or 3rd-year students of 3 year Law course
