We are seeking a Legal Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should be pursuing or have recently completed a law degree with a strong ability to conduct detailed legal research and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires meticulous attention to detail.
Legal Research and Analysis
: Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law. Analyse legal issues related to the startup's operations,Drafting and Reviewing Documents
: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Prepare non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), partnership agreements, and licensing agreements. Review and provide input on terms of service, privacy policies, and other policy documents.Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Contract Management: Maintain and organize the startup's contract management system. Ensure all contracts are properly executed and stored.
