• Job Description:

• Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Department at Eventus Security. As a legal intern, you will have the opportunity to gain corporate legal in-house experience in the legal field while supporting the work of our Legal team and paralegals.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis.

Drafting and reviewing legal agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, MSA, Master License and Services Agreement, etc

Drafting and reviewing of other legal documents such as tender documents, Authority Letters, Policies, Undertaking, Terms and conditions, etc

Provide support to HR department in drafting and reviewing HR documents.

Maintaining Legal Agreement and document files and database.

Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.

• Requirements:

Qualification: L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)

Student or Fresher or 1 year of experience.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using MS office and related tools.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
