We are seeking an experienced Legal Head to manage our overseas emigration process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, labor law, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing the emigration process, and providing legal support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage the emigration process, including visa applications, work permits, and other documentation
- Provide legal support to the business, including contract review and negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of emigration operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, law firms, and other stakeholders
- Manage budget and resources to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement legal strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in immigration law, labor law, or regulatory compliance
- Strong background in overseas emigration process management
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
