Role & responsibilities- Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiation, corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.- Manage legal disputes and litigation.
Provide legal training and guidance to employees. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and best practices.
- Prepare and file necessary corporate documents with regulatory authorities.
Manage board meetings and shareholder meetings.- Maintain corporate records and registers.
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety, environmental, and labor laws.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
Respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations.- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees.
Law degree from a recognized university.- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills..
