1.Company Secretarial activities
Taking care of end-to-end secretarial activities.
Agenda preparation, stakeholder management, placing for board approvals and arranging board meetings (pre and post).
Spoc for annual report of the company.
Managing investor relations-responding and resolving the queries.
2)Legal business partner
Providing guidance on legal aspects for CSR and sustainability departments.
3)Mergers & Acquisitions
Working collaboratively with the M&A team and guide them on documentation.
4.Corporate Governance
Establish and maintain the rules and procedures for the company s operations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
5. Stakeholder Management
Connecting with Management Committee & board members.
Identifying and bridging the gap with the stakeholders to ensure premium delivery of the expectation is the key aspect of this role.
EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Experience - 12 to 15 yrs of work experience
Desirable Experience- 12 to 15 yrs of work experience in a listed company
Educational Qualification- LLB+ CS is preferred
