Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating ISDA and derivative agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate ISDA, trading and lending agreements
  • Provide legal and executive advice in relation to transactions
  • Manage disputes, litigation and regulatory affairs
  • Manage and approve all use of law firms

Qualifications

  • From a BFSI sector
  • 3+ years legal and ISDA work experience
  • Qualified Lawyer - LLB or LLM
