Legal Consultant-US Immigration

Support Attorney and Immigration Clients in all Legal responsibilities including but not limited to communication with clients, gathering documentation, conducting research, and organizing documents. Communicate with clients, gathering necessary documents and information to begin building a case. Research laws, court decisions, documents, opinions, briefs, or other information related to cases before the court, and perform intake of immigrant cases for the firm. Conduct initial research and provide information to the Attorney. Organize and troubleshoot and establish case strategy. Will work on drafting petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Work closely in a team environment and provide updates while building knowledge of Firm and client processes. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications.

The candidate will work alongside a team of experienced immigration attorneys and professionals. The candidate will prepare petitions, briefs, legal memoranda, or statements of issues involved in cases, including appropriate suggestions or recommendations.

Should have LLB degree. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Lawyer. US business immigration experience is a plus and not mandatory. Good Communication in English is a must..
