Position Summary
Candidate will be responsible to provide legal and compliance support to the team..
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Compliance - Support the evaluation of HCP/HCO/GO interaction activities that require compliance pre-approval prior to the execution, payment and ensure process transparency, documentation completeness and archiving. Support the due diligence and risk assessment of our 3rd party intermediaries including following up with employees to obtain information required to complete effective third-party due diligence and risk assessments
Legal - Assist in Legal reviews of contracts. Drafting and vetting of various legal documents, contracts including Government business transactions.
Support Legal and Compliance reviews/ Projects.
Other Duties
Maintaining Internal Trackers
Weekly reporting
Invoice Tracking
Maintaining Database of records.
Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred
LLB/LLM degree from a reputed institute in India.
Experience in Ethics, Compliance, FCPA/UK Bribery Act, Anti-Corruption laws, Privacy, etc. Exposure in medical devices, invitro-diagnostics, pharmaceutical, consumer health, etc. will be advantageous. Membership of ICSI/ Semi Qualified CS
Knowledge of Company Laws, Rules, and Regulations
Experience in handling legal and corporate secretarial matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent skills in operating MS office applications, Word and Excel.
Minimum Years of Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred
Minimum 2- 3 years Experience post training.
