Legal Compliance Officer

1. Position: DigiVir Subtrack Owner [ESR, AML, VAT Control, Board Meeting, Legal Case and suit]

2. Full Time, 100% Remote Working: Your camera, video connection must work well

3. Salary: INR 18,000 - 22,000 depending on type of qualifications and competence level

4. Job output expected from the candidates:

Prepare Board Resolution

Understand and be able to prepare a Deed for the transfer of shares from one company to another.

Understands and communicates essence of the rules and regulation of AML, ESR and UBO, statute

Must be aware to website terms and conditions and data protection laws

5. Experience : 0 to 3 years in this field

6. Education: Professional Degrees in Law - LLB, LLM, CS-Inter, Legal knowledge
