Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Responsibilities:

1. Setting up of new AIF including vetting/review of indenture of trusts, Investment
2. Management Agreements, making applications with SEBI, responding to queries fromSEBI.
3. Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing AIF documents PPMs/Amendments to PPM,
4. Contribution Agreements, Side Letters etc. in co-ordination with the fund legal counsel.
5. Reviewing/vetting all agreements with Fund Accountant, RTA, Custodian and other
6. vendors and service-related agreements for AIFs, NDAs, Engagement letters etc.
7. Handling AIF Compliance related matters Quarterly filings with SEBI, CTRs, RBI relatedfilings (InVI/DI etc.).
8. Responding to Investor complaints/queries.
9. Keeping track of all applicable regulatory updates and sharing the same forimplementation by various departments
