Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience handling various legal matters, court representations and should demonstrate exceptional drafting and research skills, keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload encompassing civil, commercial, family, Real estate, DRT, NCLT and arbitration matters.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.

Drafting of pleadings, commercial agreements and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.

Regular court representations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in practicing law, with a focus on civil, commercial, family, real estate, NCLT, and arbitration cases.

Strong drafting and research skills.

Ability to handle cases independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
