1. Assist with first level drafting and review of contractual documents (i.e., Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, Nondisclosure Agreements and other commercial agreements for vendors and clients) and collaborating within and outside the organization, working under the direction of Business Operations where appropriate.
2. Work with clients, attorneys, and other professionals contractual documents and compliance teams. Act as single point of contact thru contract process.
3. Provide contract administration support for contract management processes on a specific project or account.
4. Drive process efficiency to current tasks and seeks innovative ways to drive compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Record and track contract lifecycle, coordinate on renewals.
Expectation:
1. End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management - from initiation through execution and renewal; ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
2. Stakeholder coordination.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
4. Maintain an organized and accurate contract database, including tracking key dates, obligations, and legal deliverables.
5. Preparing Reports.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
1. Commercial and Contract Management knowledge and experience.
2. Minimum 5-year post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.
3. Good understanding of contract lifecycle.
4. Understanding of commercial contracting principles and regulations; Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and subcontracting practices.
5. Basic understanding of legal and compliance principles.
6. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Working knowledge of MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
8. Experience of contract management tool(s) and contract execution tool(s) will be a plus.
