Job Description: Legal Associate Import/Export (Manufacturing)
We are seeking a Legal Associate with expertise in Import/Export to join our legal team in the Manufacturing Industry. This role involves managing legal aspects of international trade, compliance, and contract matters related to import and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and review import/export contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs laws, and tariffs.
- Advise on legal issues related to international transactions and logistics.
- Handle disputes and coordinate with customs and freight partners.
- Stay updated on changes in trade laws and ensure internal compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in import/export law or trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
