Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate at Eludication Advocates & Solicitors in West Delhi. The Legal Associate will be responsible for tasks related to trademark, copyright, design and IP execution including legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effective communication with clients and your own peers.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in law and Legal Issues
- Legal Document Preparation skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in basic IPR laws
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Bar admission is preferred.
