Key Responsibilities
Independently handle closure of Books of accounts.
Experience of handling related party transactions
Knowledge of Ind AS and Schedule VI requirements.
Knowledge of TDS, TCS and GST compliance.
Provide audit support as and when necessary.
Liaising with external stakeholders as when necessary (e.g. bankers, insurers, etc.).
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Participate in the development and enhancement of accounting systems.
Required Key Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Well-versed with knowledge of accounting principles, Ind AS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
