Description

We are seeking a Legal Advisor with 2-6 years of experience to provide legal support and guidance to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices and policies comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the Indian job market context. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues affecting the organization
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Assist in the negotiation and implementation of contracts and agreements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Manage legal disputes and litigation as needed
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization
• Perform legal research and analysis as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
• 2-6 years of experience as a legal advisor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations in the job market context
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
