Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at a reputed college located in Indore. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and conducting assessments, guiding students, and participating in curriculum development. The Lecturer will also engage in research activities, attend faculty meetings, and contribute to the overall academic environment of the college.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer applications, MCA
• Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and engage students
• Passion for education and fostering student learning
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design is a plus
• Research experience and publications in the field are highly valued
