FOOD PRODUCTION, HOUSEKEEPING, FRONT OFFICE, COMPUTER APPLICATIONS. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in teaching while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives.
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions.- Design and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments, to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with other faculty members and industry professionals to develop interdisciplinary projects, events, and experiential learning opportunities.
- Participate in program development, accreditation processes, and other departmental activities as needed.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's or master's degree in culinary arts, food science, hospitality management, computer applications or a related field.- Teaching experience in hospitality education or related fields preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and foster a supportive learning environment.
Hands-on teaching experience
