Position Name: Lecturer/Instructor/Editor for Corporate Training Program Development(M/F)
Develop a full-scale training program consisting of various modules tailored to the requirements of different departments.- Ensure the program covers essential areas such as programming languages, soft skills (including English proficiency and cultural training), tools, methods, internal processes, product-related protocols and interfaces, company-specific products and modules, and the company glossary.
Expand the training program to include department-specific knowledge, facilitating the integration of new employees into existing teams through smaller work packages.
- Design and implement various training methods, including online training, external training, internal training, and external workshops, to effectively deliver the modules.
Identify and implement the most suitable training delivery methods to ensure practical application by employees.- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure the training content meets departmental needs and company standards.
Maintain a structured and organized approach to both thinking and working, ensuring all training materials are logically arranged and easily accessible.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and integrate them into the training program.
- Education and Experience:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Several years of experience in teaching and content creation.
Proven ability to develop and implement training programs and modules.- Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
Knowledge of German is advantageous, ideally having studied at a German university or university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule).
Experience in corporate training and development.
- Familiarity with various training delivery methods and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments.
