Summary: We're hiring a Leasing Manager for a real estate asset management firm based in NCR. The company manages over $900M worth of assets with funds acquired from FDI and various other sources. They acquire office buildings, upgrade them and then lease them out as office spaces.
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for helping manage the leasing activities of the company's portfolio of properties. This includes executing leasing strategies, negotiating and executing lease agreements, and collaborating with property management consultants to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Compensation: INR 8-15 LPA (negotiable, depending on experience)
Location: Noida (on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute effective leasing strategies developed by the management team to maximize occupancy rates and rental income across the company's portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and expand market presence
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacant spaces, showing properties to prospective tenants, and negotiating and executing lease agreements
- Liaise with broker network to enable closure of transactions and to assist with all leasing functions required to improve leasing velocity for real estate assets
- Collaborate with property management consultants to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants and to address any leasing-related issues that arise
- Analyze market trends, competition, and tenant demand to identify new leasing opportunities and to adjust leasing strategies as needed
- Assist in preparing and present leasing reports and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors
Key Skills
- Exposure to the commercial leasing industry: preferably in the co-working or flexible office space
- Ability to effectively interact with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools, such as property management systems and lease administration software
- Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations
