We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in the job market and possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing process, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Manage the leasing process from prospecting to lease signing
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure timely rent collection and property maintenance
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field
• 10-20 years of experience in leasing management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with legal requirements related to leasing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing software
• Fluency in English and Hindi
