Currently hiring - Learning Solutions Leader (GM/Sr.GM)

Location - Bangalore

Job Objective

Digital Expert to provide solution on new technologies like AI, Chat GPT, etc

Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate solutions to the regions

Identify improvement opportunity and deploy

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with region, Learning solution leaders and Domain leaders to ensure that Learning solutions are available for key competencies
• CoMET Deployment & Maintenance - Robustness & Become DNA across the Regions
• Provide adequate Reports and analytics to the Management

Main Activities

• Drive digital solutions to automate relevant processes with new technologies like AI, Analytics tools etc
• Ensure that right training contents available
• Drive on Competency development drive
• Create required information on promoting Learning / Competency development
• Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter

Qualifications

Key Systems:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge on Analytics tools and techniques

Experience Level :

15-20 years experience in a manufacturing environment and Digitization

Hands on Expertise on AI, Data analytics, Chat GPT etc

Education

Bachelor of in Engineering or equivalent
