About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Human Delivery Administrator to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.
What you will do:
Apply and facilitate execution of HR (Human Resources) policies & processes;
To ensure compliance with legislation, Ericsson processes and policies in HR tasks delivery.
To execute tasks according to HR processes & policies;
Deliver HR Services:
Manage Chargeback / NSOR AD15 / ISN / JV reconciliation report and related activities.
Check SAP report, monitor & release invoices
Raise shopping carts in EB / Supply orders
Manage recharge entries in SAP based on accesses
Manage recharges based on time reporting and ICRRB
Cost and budget dashboard and reporting for L&D
Provide HR functional expertise:
Translate business requirements into the process or functional specifications;
Analyze and solve administrative/ interface problems;
Develop work instructions;
Propose improvements on processes and working tools;
Participate in tests of HR systems (UAT, business test)
Participate in Functional customization of HR systems;
Participate in tests of HR systems (UAT, business test)
Manage HR data:
Record data uploads in the system
Run and monitor interfaces between HRMS and supplier systems;
Generate ad-hoc reports & statistics Analye and present;
Ensure legal compliance with data management.
The skills you bring:
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or relevant experience within the required area

Proficient in Microsoft Office
English language good level written and spoken
